Aerobic is a great way of having fun while you lose weight you can workout to all kinds of music like salsa,mambo,and cha-cha.We have ballroom class all over the Michigan area,we deal with changing your eating habits and losing weight.We start with streching exercise to the salsa basic count 2-3-4-6-7-8 we start with the neck than work down to the shoulders the arms waist and the hips and so on than we start the work out to the salsa counts,we do right turns and left turns and side to side working on the hips and shoulders and abs muscles first we do low impact then high impact,We have alot of fun,because its not like a boring workout you learn to salsa while you burn fat.
